Real Estate/Mortgage Team Selects Rocket Words for Communications Package

Direct Mailers, Brochures and Newsletters to Highlight Services

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 2003) The real estate/mortgage broker team of Eileen Lynette and Irene Ogus have retained Jerry Karp of Rocket Words to help them assemble a marketing package communicate the excellent services they offer helping prospective home buyers obtain a better property in San Francisco than they ever thought they could afford. The team highlights their ability to work together to bring each client the best property, at the best rates, to fit their needs and lifestyle.

Rocket Words will work with Lynette, a real estate broker with Zephyr Real Estate, and Ogus, an experienced consultant with Guarantee Mortgage, to provide a comprehensive marketing kit. Included will be a brochure highlighting the pair's services as a team, an individual marketing brochure for each team member, and a series of quarterly newsletters providing updates on market conditions and tips on how to find the best property and most appropriate mortgage in San Francisco.

A Longstanding Relationship

The collaboration began last year when Ogus and Lynette asked Karp to provide copy and a philosophy for a print ad in a community newsletter. The team wanted an identity that would stress their ability to help people buy a home in San Francisco. Working with graphic designer Elisa Tanaka, Karp came up with the slogan "Own Your Dream: the House You Want in the City You Love." Tanaka's logo design made this slogan work perfectly, and the resulting ad brought Ogus and Lynette a healthy response.

Karp also provided the Ogus/Lynette team with a direct mail letter/invitation to a free forum the two were presenting, "Owning Your Own Home in San Francisco." The letter brought a standing room only crowd to the Flood Building conference room where the forum took place. This success inspired Ogus and Lynette to bring Rocket Words and Tanaka in on their extended marketing efforts.
